What's the best way to learn?
This Learning Path requires hands-on exercises (labs). We will provide you with a learning Sandbox Environment to complete them. It will be active for 14 business days, so consider it when scheduling your learning.
Receive a Certificate
The last step of this Learning Path is an Essential Admin Certification Exam. The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and is timed for up to 75 minutes. You are limited to 2 attempts and must score at least 80% to pass.
After passing the exam, you will receive an official Essential DealHub Admin Certification. Share it on LinkedIn or add to your CV!

How do I enroll in a course?
DealHub Academy is an educational platform intended for DealHub customers. To enroll in a course or watch a webinar, you must be signed in.
Click on the Sign In button in the top right corner. Use the same credentials you used for the DealHub Knowledge Center. For registration instructions, please follow this article.
What’s included in each course?
Each course is based on a real-life business example. It explores specific system capabilities and best practices to maximize configuration. The information is presented as text or videos and followed by interactive questions to ensure clarity. At the end of each course, there is a short quiz highlighting the most important information. If you are following a learning path, there is also a hands-on exercise to practice new skills.
There are a lot of courses, which one should I start with as a new admin?
We suggest you start with the Essential Admin learning path, which provides all the foundational information necessary to master the DealHub platform. This path focuses on the CPQ and DealRoom solutions and access to a DealHub learning environment and 10 hands-on labs for you to practice new skills
I am an experienced DealHub admin, is there any advanced content for me?
We are currently working on a number of advanced-level courses. We'll keep you posted!
However, many of the Essential courses provide a deep dive into fundamental DealHub skills, and you might find them useful as well. Take a sneak peek into the Essential Admin learning path and focus on the hands-on labs! Also, test your knowledge with quizzes to identify any knowledge gaps. Make sure you are well-prepared before taking a Certification Exam!
How do I get certified by DealHub?
The certification process includes a timed certification exam and, in some cases, a project submission. The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and is timed for up to 75 minutes. You must score at least 80% to receive a certificate.
Prepare for the certification by completing an essential learning path or relevant courses. If you are feeling confident, you can start right away.
After obtaining your DealHub certificate, you can share it on LinkedIn, your CV, website, and anywhere else you want to showcase your new credential.
The certificate is valid for one year. You will receive an automated reminder and must take a short updated assessment to renew the certificate.

Can businesses or organizations acquire tailored training solutions?
